Whew!
What a weekend!! Our long weekend with no plans turned into a wedding extravaganza! I (with Lee's help for some of it) worked on getting stuff together from sun up to sun down all Saturday and Sunday and for a little while on Monday! I was exhausted, but got a lot accomplished, so that's good :)
On Saturday, I got to go up and see little Maddox and he is even cuter in person than he is in his pictures, which is pretty hard to imagine! I was so excited to get to hold him :) It made my day for sure!
Then I ran a few errands and met up with Lee to go and get our wedding bands (!) and go to the liquor store to set everything up for the reception. I was really happy with the liquor store that the chapel recommended. They were very helpful and they even deliver everything for us and they will buy back anything not used! Awesome. We ran around for a while longer, got home, ate dinner, and I worked on more wedding stuff until way past my usual bedtime. Which isn't saying much because I like to go to bed early!
Sunday was more of the same. I finally finished the programs and wrapped the wedding party gifts and finished a couple of other projects.
Monday we mostly relaxed. We had lunch with my parent's on their new covered patio and just spent the rest of the day hanging out.
All in all, a very productive weekend! Isn't is sad that I'm already ready for it to be Friday again?! Haha. At least this week is a short one! And then next week is my last full week of work until after the wedding!! Woohoo!! I can't believe how close it's getting! We have our final meeting at the chapel on Saturday. We are supposed to have a final guest count, or pretty close. I don't know if that's going to happen. I can't say that I'm surprised really, but lots of people haven't sent in their rsvp's yet. And some of them are people that have told me or Lee or my parents that they are coming. Send in the rsvp!!! It's a postcard so there's not even an envelope! I'm actually not really that mad about it. I still feel like it's kinda early to ask people to commit, but still.
Okay, I'm really just procrastinating so that I don't have to do any work. Happy Tuesday!

haha, I wasn't talking about you, I promise! It's mostly our parent's invitees! I was hoping that Eric would come too :( The one he's going to isn't going to be nearly as much fun!
I SO KNOW, right?! What is he even thinking! haha! I dont know how you're even focusing b/c I just have a vacay, not a wedding PLUS a vacay and I cant focus.. haha!
