Forgive me for a moment
while I have a small breakdown.
I was just looking at pictures of a wedding from last weekend. Of people I don't know.
They were so good! They had adorable casual shots of the bridal party and everyone in different grouping and stuff. I know that we did not do any of the fun poses that they were doing.
There was an awesome picture of the bride and her father walking down the aisle and it was gorgeous! I know that I held my bouquet way too high because I have seen a couple of shots from guests. I was like clutching it at my bust line. I'm sure it ruined the coming-down-the-aisle-shots. If we even got any from the incompetent photographer.
There were really good ones of the dances too. I know that I had an awkward arm both with Lee and with my dad because I couldn't get comfortable and neither one of them likes to dance so that made it more difficult.
Am I going to have thoughts like this every day until I see the pictures on JULY 20th?? If they are even ready when they say they will be.

You're cracking me up!! YOu did NOT hold it too high. and your pics are going to look fabulous!! And you had smiles when appropriate. I mean... you were just perfect! There's no way the pictures wont be. And if they're not, I'll provide legal advice for their misrepresentation. Or put you in touch with someone who can. LOL!

Ah, holding the bouquet too high- classic. Even I did that, and I'd already spent three years at that point, coaching brides and bridesmaids on where to hold their bouquets. You want the top of it to be about even with your hip bones. If you hold it at waist level, it makes you look larger because it obscures your waistline, therefore making you look more "blobby." Ah well, everyone forgets.
I'm sorry it's going to take so long to get your pictures. Honestly, a month is pretty standard, but... well, they'd better be good! xo
