Blogger doesn't like me
So, my friend Jackie informed me that people couldn't leave comments on my blog. That was like, a while ago. To be specific. And since I know tons of people really want to leave comments, I finally looked into it. I ended up having to google it. I do not understand HTML code. But, long story short, I fixed the comment issue last night. Don't ask me how, because I tried several things and then clicked on something in the "Edit HTML" section and voila! It was fixed. The only thing is, since I clicked that button, I have no "Layout" button, only "Edit HTML". Not a huge deal, but basically I can't copy layouts from websites and paste them into Blogger. So my layout will forever be the one it is now. I'll probably get over it.
Everyone I know is having a baby or just had a baby. People from college, people from high school, friends of friends, sisters of friends, and apparently...family friends. Our family friends Olen ans Tanya are pregnant! They called and told me the other night. They have 2 kids, one of whom is our flower girl. I wasn't aware that they were trying, but apparently they were, then it didn't happen so they decided to stop trying then she was preggers! I can't wait to get married so we can join the trend. :)
I would like to go shopping. For clothes. And shoes. Personally, I think I've been very good about not buying clothes so far this year. I think I have only purchased one item. And I think that I should go shopping this weekend. For a couple of items that I specifically want. And since Lee is going skiing next week, I think I should be allowed to go shopping :) And speaking of Lee going skiing, Mary is going to come and stay with me while he's gone. (Because I am scared to be alone) I am super excited about the whole thing! And it's going to be her birthday so that will be fun too! Yay for girl time.
Yesterday, Lee got us PikePasses! Yippee! I have never had one before and I feel like a grown up and I want to use it. I also got my new car tag yesterday. I like the new ones! They are way better than the old ones.
Today when I went home for lunch, the attendant in my parking garage verbally assaulted me. That's right. She has been rude to me before, but this was the last straw. I am switching to a non-covered lot just because of her. (and because it is way cheaper, but whatever) I mean, she was yelling at me and had a really scary look on her face. I just kind of stared and wondered why she was so angry. Oh, yeah, probably because she sits in a 3x5 glass box for 8 hours a day and pushes a button about 400 times. I am contemplating calling Central Parking who owns the lot and complaining about her. Lee did not have any sympathy for me when I ranted to him about it. He still has not learned to just say "I'm sorry, that sucks, she is a bitch" That is always the appropriate response for any of my rantings. His response today: "In my experience, all parking attendants are rude" NOT the right response sweetie. :)
