Just a few things

I thought that your tooth was supposed to feel better after getting it fixed. Ugh. I had to leave work early yesterday because it hurt so bad. And it still hurts today, but not as much. And it is extremely sensitive to hold and cold. Basically, I just had a cracked filling replaced. The old one was silver, and they filled it with a white one. Looks tons better. But, a lady told me at work that the white filling made her teeth super sensitive for like 6 months! I hope this isn't the case with mine.

We are getting another dog. Not now. Eventually. When we have the new house. I have been patiently waiting for the day this happens. It's going to be a "big" dog. Originally, we wanted a lab, but have since ruled that out. Then, we thought about a Border Collie. They aren't too big, and they are really smart. But, I was doing some research on them today and found out that they are not so great with small children, which we will have, so I don't think that's an option for us anymore. What IS an option for us is a Bernese Mountain Dog!!! They are sort of like a St Bernard. I have always wanted one of these dogs, and when I saw they were on most of the top 10 lists for children, I was so excited! Lee says "we will discuss it". I want to talk him into it!

Apparently, I have weekly nightmares about the wedding. Seriously? This is ridiculous. Last night's was about not being ready for the day at ALL. It was the day of the rehearsal and I had nothing ready and when I found out it was time to go, I was like "huh?" I don't like it.

I don't think I have mentioned this, because with everything else that went wrong last week, it was lost in the shuffle. I am making my own invitations. I have to order the paper from a company that I found online. I bought everything I needed in November because I got a big bonus at work and wanted to get it out of the way. Well, long story short, when I finally pulled it out of the box earlier this month, the special sizes didn't work in my printer. I called to exchange for 8.5 X 11 sheets that I could just cut to size and they informed me that they have a 60 day return policy, and it had been over 60 days. (it had been about 75 to be exact) I was NOT happy. This crap was expensive and I was not going to be stuck with it and that's what I told them. I talked to a manager who said that I should email the owner (it's a small company in Cali) which I did. And I was nice. They wrote me back (5 days later) and said that I could exchange for 50% of the value. What? I am livid. I didn't want to have to be mean, but I think I'm going to have to. I will NOT eat the $200 extra just because I ordered in advance. All of the paper has been in the box, in its wrapper, not even opened! They said that they are concerned about the differences in coloring and stuff with old paper. It's WHITE for crying out loud! Oh man, I shouldn't even get started. Some people have asked me to do their invitations for them and I WAS going to use this company, but not anymore. I will make sure they know that.
